Returns & Refunds Policy 

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 90-day voluntary limited return policy as an additional customer benefit.

This policy is offered in addition to your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including EU and US regulations. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit your legal rights.


1. 90-Day Limited Return Policy

You may request a return within 90 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in good condition
  • The item may be lightly tested for functionality, but must not show excessive use
  • The product must be returned with original packaging (when reasonably possible)
  • Proof of purchase is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of:

  • excessive use
  • misuse or intentional damage
  • water damage beyond normal testing use
  • repeated return abuse by the same customer

All returns are subject to inspection before approval.


2. Return Approval Process

Do not send your item back before receiving return instructions.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


3. Return Shipping Costs

  • For standard returns (change of mind / not wanted):
    👉 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items:
    👉 We cover return shipping or provide a prepaid return label

4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • the item is defective
  • damaged during shipping
  • you received the wrong product

We will evaluate the issue and offer a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
  • Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund

We reserve the right to deny refunds if the returned item does not meet eligibility conditions.


6. European Union Customers (14-Day Right of Withdrawal)

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.

This legal right is not affected by our 90-day voluntary return policy.


7. Non-Returnable Items (Voluntary Policy Only)

The following are excluded from the 90-day voluntary return policy:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.


8. Abuse Prevention Policy

To maintain fairness for all customers, we monitor return activity and reserve the right to:

  • limit or refuse returns in case of suspected abuse
  • refuse refunds for items showing excessive use or damage beyond reasonable testing
  • block repeat fraudulent return behavior

9. Exchanges

The fastest way to get a replacement is to return the item and place a new order once the return is approved.
