We ship worldwide. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.


Order Processing Time

All orders require a processing time of 2 business days before they are shipped.

Processing time includes order verification, packaging, quality checks, and preparation for shipment.

Orders are processed only on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).


Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time is 12 business days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on:

We work with international shipping partners to ensure reliable delivery, but we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

Total estimated delivery time is:
2 business days (processing) + 12 business days (shipping)
= approximately 14 business days total


Tracking Information

If tracking is available for your order, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

Tracking updates may take a few days to appear depending on the carrier.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes depending on the destination country.

These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processes.


Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to:

  • High shipping volume periods
  • Weather conditions or logistical disruptions

In such cases, we will do our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee delivery dates.


Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are correct at the time of purchase.

We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
